For online store products, free shipping for orders of TWD 500 or more to the Taiwan Island. Overseas orders of TWD10,000 or more will receive free shipping.

電鍍表面處理之產品，有些表面細看下有細微紋路、斑點或顆粒，為電鍍過程中無可避免的自然現象，屬於正常現象並不影響整體美感及使用，不屬於瑕疵範疇。

手工口吹玻璃表面之氣泡、厚薄不勻及輕微紋路，屬於手工製作過程之自然現象，並不影響整體美感及使用，不屬於瑕疵範疇。
Product Features

The surface treatment of electroplated products, some of the surface has fine lines, spots or particles, which is a natural phenomenon in the process of electroplating which is normal and does not affect the overall aesthetics and use, and is not a defect.

Any air bubbles, uneven thickness and slight lines on the surface of hand-blown glass are natural phenomena of the hand-making process. It would not be affect the overall aesthetics which is not considered as defects.

退貨：因素若非新品不良，且商品已有安裝使用痕跡，恕無法辦理退貨。

換貨：新品不良需換貨時，請保持商品主體、外盒及配件完整無刮傷損壞及贈品完整 。

當您提交退貨申請後，即代表同意我們的退貨原則，並接受我們代為處理發票作廢及相關的後續處理事宜。

Return and exchange instructions

If there is a quality problem, please contact us with a photo within 36 hours after receipt. If damaged, we will provide free replacement parts or replacement goods. Late will not be accepted.

Return: If the factor is not a product defective and the goods have been installed and used traces, forgiveness could not handle the return.

Replacement: When the product is damaged and have to be replaced, please keep the main body of the product, the outer box and accessories intact in good condition.

When you submit a refund request, you are accepting to our return policy and we will handle the invoice voiding and related follow-up matters.
